Own body weight High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) amongst many other routines. 

We design our classes to push the body to its limits using your own body weight and cardio

Each participant works at their own best ability and does what they can. 

We like bringing in a fun element as well to soften the mood and take the mind of the pushing the body is doing.

Time Slots:
Monday 18h00 – 19h00 (Summer) / 17h30 – 18h30 (Winter).
Wednesday 18h00 – 19h00 (Summer) / 17h30 – 18h30 (Winter).
Saturday 07h00 – 08h00 (Summer) / 07h30 – 08h30 (Winter).

Once a week = 4 Sessions a Month = R350.
Twice a week = 8 Sessions a Month = R450.
Three times a week = 12 Sessions a Month = R550.
Drop in Fee for Hotel or Resort Guests will be R50 a session.
