Reward Points will not expire. Your points balance will be ready and waiting for you when our business re-opens.

Any offers that have an expiry date more recent than 26 March 2020 will be honoured so please bring your offer with you when we re-open. The offer will be valid for 30 days from the casino re-opening date.
I AM ELIGIBLE FOR A BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY TIER BENEFIT, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT?
You won’t receive the tier benefit while the casino is closed. However, as soon as the casino re-opens we will make any benefits that you should have received, available to you. These offers will be sent to you by SMS.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CARD TIER STATUS AS THERE IS NOW NO OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT?
We understand that this is a concern and we are prepared to modify the tier status earning requirements but this will depend on how long the casino remains closed. We will share details about these changes when the casinos re-open.
